Who we are

Ichidan is made and sold by COINiD AB, Sweden. COINiD AB is the controller for any personal data this policy covers.

What the app collects

Nothing. Ichidan has no analytics, no ads, no tracking, no accounts and no third-party SDKs. It has no server of its own, and it does not send anything about you or your training to us or to anyone else.

Where your data is kept

What you enter in Ichidan, such as your setup and your logged sessions with their weight, effort, discomfort and notes, is stored on your iPhone.

If you are signed in to iCloud, the same data is also kept in your own private iCloud database through Apple’s CloudKit, so it is available on your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account. That database belongs to your Apple Account. We, the developer, cannot see or access it. Apple’s handling of iCloud data is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

The home-screen widget reads what it shows from storage on your phone that the app shares with it, and the Live Activity is shown by iOS from what the app gives it on the phone. Your sound setting stays on the device and is not synced.

Purchases

Ichidan Pro and the 14-day trial are bought through the App Store, and Apple handles the payment. The app asks the App Store which of the two your Apple Account has, to decide which features to turn on. We receive no payment details.

Notifications

Ichidan’s notifications are local: the app schedules them on your phone, for the cues during a session and, with Pro, for when your next session opens. None are sent from a server. You can turn them off at any time in the iOS Settings app.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or third-party scripts or fonts.

It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it. That is covered by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Children

Ichidan is not directed at children under 13.

Your data, your choice

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing on our side to look up or delete. You can delete your Ichidan data yourself at any time: deleting the app removes it from your iPhone, and you can remove the iCloud copy in the iOS Settings app under your Apple Account and iCloud storage. The support page has the steps.
